Our Customer Service Representatives and Estheticians are available to help you, toll-free 1-800-393-3848, Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
If you call outside the normal business hours listed above, please leave a voicemail including your name, order number, telephone number and a brief message so we may return your call.
Price Match Guarantee
- Additional promotions or coupons cannot be used in conjunction with price-matched orders.
- Price-matched products must be the same name, brand / manufacturer, and size.
- We must be able to verify the competing offer.
- Price-matched products must be sold on a non-auction or product comparison website (ex. eBay, Amazon.com).
- We do not price-match our past coupons or offers.
- Competitive websites must be domestic / based in the United States.

If you have already placed your order, you may submit a request within 10 days of your purchase. Please include as much information as you can about the competing offer. If your order qualifies, you will receive a refund of the difference in "My Skin Rewards".
Correspondence
Returns / RMA Request
A 15% handling fee may be deducted. No refund or exchange will be given if you order a product that is too strong for your skin type, i.e. a product is stronger than the entry-level item from each group.
To receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #), fill in the form below, or call us toll-free at 1-800-393-3848. Please reference your order number and the reason for the return. A customer care associate will respond during business hours with a return confirmation message and instructions for return.
For returns, only product costs are subject to credit or exchange. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. Please make sure your product is not from the list of manufacturers below before you request a RMA #.

Go4GreatSkin.com is not responsible for slight variations in the product photo displays on our website, and the product you receive. In cases where the product displayed does not match the product you will receive, we will make every effort to explain in the product description.

Coupons
Coupons cannot be deducted from online orders that have already been processed. If you place an order online, enter your credit card information in the payment area, and receive your order confirmation, and then decide to call in to have your special coupon applied your request will be declined. The special coupon will be issued as My Skin Rewards on your account. Once an In-house credit has been issued, you MUST use the Standard Checkout "Call Our Customer Service Department" button and then call in your credit card information and ask to have the credit applied to your new future order.
All coupons, special offers, and promotions are designed and managed by WWWEnterprise, Inc., and may not be from or endorsed by manufacturers of the products we carry.
Note: Unless otherwise noted, coupons are not usable on products from the following manufacturers:
Checkout & Order Confirmation
If you choose the Standard Checkout option, you will be transferred to our secure processing area where you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping address. While in the secured area you will need to enter your Credit Card information or you may choose to use the "Call Our Customer Service Department" button. If you use the "call" option your order and secured contact information will be saved and you will be instructed to call us toll-free at 1-800-393-3848 to provide your credit card number.
Upon receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email outlining the details of your order.
Note: ALL online orders with credit card information entered are charged immediately.
Shipping and Handling
Note:
- Packages exceeding 3 (three) pounds will ship by ground service ONLY.
- All PO Boxes, Military (APO/FPO) addresses, Alaska and Hawaii ship by PRIORITY MAIL ONLY.
- Signature is required for all orders over $400 USD ($250 USD for all PayPal & Google Checkout orders).
- All delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
- Circadia products cannot ship to the following US States: Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan.
Products that are in stock are shipped within 24 business hours - Guaranteed! Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. If your order contains one of these items the entire order will be processed and shipped when the back-ordered products are available. If the item is going to be on back-order for an extended period of time due to a manufacturing problem we will separate your order and ship the products that are in stock to you. The backordered item will be shipped to you, at no additional cost, when it arrives back in stock.
Customers will be notified via email within 48 hours if a product is OUT OF STOCK.

The following brands / product lines are prohibited from being shipped outside the United States:
These product lines are not available for distribution outside of the United States due to Federal Regulations and this will not change. With NO exceptions will these product lines be shipped out of the United States.
Countries we do not ship to for any reason. (This does not apply to APO/FPO shipping addresses which we consider USA orders.)

Standard Checkout:
Canadian Orders: All orders will be shipped with a flat shipping charge of $15.00 (USD). Please make sure to enter your Province as well as your City in the appropriate fields on the billing/shipping page in our secure processing area. You may enter and process your credit card real-time online without having to call in your payment information directly to us.
International customers (exception: Canada) may place orders online but must call in their credit card information directly to us at 1-800-393-3848 (Hours listed below). A portion of your credit card bill may be requested to verify ownership of the credit card prior to your order being processed.
PayPal or Google Checkout:
We do NOT require customers choosing the PayPal or Google Checkout options to provide additional credit documentation. If you have placed an order using Standard Check out and would prefer to try using one of these options please contact us to cancel your current order before placing a new one.
NOTE: You, the customer, are responsible for any duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.

Weekly Drawing Rules:
- Winners will receive a predetermined amount of "My Skin Rewards" to be used on future orders
- Contestants must have an active account ("My Account" login) on participating website
- Rewards will be available immediately to the winner, at time of drawing
- Weekly drawings are held on every Friday @ 12:00 am EST
- Winners are randomly selected based on order date
- Order date must be between 12:00 am EST the prior Friday and the drawing date
- Contestant's order must not be completed as "Call Customer Service" (Credit Card, Google Checkout, PayPal, and Amazon orders only)
- "My Skin Rewards" winning prize must be redeemed online (online orders only)
- The participating website ordered from must be active at the time of the drawing
